Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with BillingDone. If something isn't working, we'd rather hear from you and fix it than have you walk away.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period is non-refundable.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can still cancel renewal at any time.

How to request a refund

Email support@billingdone.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund request" and a brief reason. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU/UK cooling-off periods) always apply.
