- Invoice content: customer names, line items, amounts, and notes you enter.
- Usage data: basic analytics about how features are used to improve the product.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

- To provide and operate the BillingDone service.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, important account notices).
- To improve features, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your invoice content to train AI models.
Who we share data with
We share only what's necessary with trusted service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the product, including hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support; we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. financial records).
Your rights

Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Children
BillingDone is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
